Let's see, where do I begin... I bought a Kyocera phone with a 350 minute plan from Sprint PCS about a year ago. The girl who sold me the phone said I could add more minutes to my plan with no fee at any time and they would apply the minutes to the current month. I believed her, so when I went over my minutes, I called.
Turns out she lied and I was stuck with a huge bill. Customer service advised me that I was out of luck but finally agreed to split the difference after I demanded to speak to a manager. They upgraded my account, but then informed me that my contract would start over (so they can screw me for another year). Then a transfer fee showed up on my bill. Once again I had to call Sprint and tell them of the mistake. They eventually took the charge off my bill.
At this point, my experience with Sprint so awful that I vowed to never buy another product from them. Then my Kyocera phone died. The display went out and I could no longer read the screen. Sprint agreed to replace it, with a refurbished phone, same model. This second phone did the same thing a few months later. They then sent me a Samsung model (refurbished) with no instruction manual and no charger. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get a charger (which was not in a package and was probably refurbished too!) I still haven't got an instruction manual.
Samsung emailed me an electronic version that wouldn't unzip and informed me that I'd have to go back to the store to get a hard copy. This will be the third time I have to go back to the store for a issue that could have been taken care of during my first visit. They also answer the phone like you're bothering them and I've also been disconnected several times. They must be using sprint phones. (I could go on and on about the cell coverage and # of dropped calls too, but that would take too long)
Needless to say, I will never buy another product from Sprint and I advise all of my friends and family to avoid them at all costs.
