I went to One Stop Wireless to buy a Cell phone and i did a kyocera Slider service provider Cricket and i asked if the phone was New and he said yes so i bought it and then i reccomanded it to my niece so she bought one also her screen was defective so we went back up their and i asked about insurance because he never gave me the option at the time of purchase and he told me no and i asked why and he said that the phone is cheap and my reply was you should have told me that before i bought it an he didn't want to replace my nieces screen we had to argue with this man to get him to do it so we told him it hasn't been the full seven day warrenty so she wanted her money back and he would do it even tho it's has signs stating that he would so i contacted Cricket who say's that the phones are New but i just had a feeling so i kept investigating and i called Kyocera they agreed with me that the phone is refurbished Cricket is still saying that they are new and i have a statement from Kyocera saying it's refurbished they know it's not new because they are the one that bought the phone from Kyocera so they know and sold they to the dealers so there playing games we spent about $350.00 and with one cell phone that cuts on and off by itself so my niece had to have it cut off because it wasn't no point to keep it on and pay $50.00 for voice mail and her phone broke down on the fourth day she had it and now my phone is having problems but the only warrenty we have will cost us money that we shouldn't have to pay One Stop Wireless and Cricket was misleading they used Improper selling practices and unsatisfactory service they sold us a product as new and they new it was used it was deceitful and now aren't willing to do anything about it
