SunCom - Inphonics ripoff lies about local coverage area Internet

I recently went to the Cingular website to see if I could get cellular service with them. When I put in my zip code, it sent me to a SunCom Unplan page. I read all the info. On the page and then called the telephone number listed to get further information. I talked to a sale person at Inphonics and was told that my local coverage area for the unlimited minutes was the state of VA south of Winchester, North Carolina and South Carolina. I signed up for the plan and it took me about 3 weeks to find out that my coverage is only about 4 counties surrounding my home.

I spoke with SunCom by Phone and they said I could not cancel the service without paying the $200 early termination fee. I again called the number listed on the website and pertended to be a new customer. This time, I recorded the conversation with the sale person. I was told this time that the area for local service was 120 mile radius from my home. I had my son-in-law call them and again recorded the conservation. They told him that the local area for unlimited minutes included Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.

I took transcripts of these phone calls to the local SunCom store in Charlottesville and the manager told me that Inphonics is stating some gross error in their sales pitch. I told him that all I wanted was to be able to cancel the service without paying the early termination fee since I was so grossly lied to. That was Monday and today is Thursday. I have yet to get an answer from SunCom.
