Do not... I repeat... Do not listen to suncom associates. If you change anything in your service they automatically start a new two year contract and will charge you an early termination fee even if you have been with them for more than two years. There separation fee is $200 for each phone, not for the account. If a suncom rep recommends that you change your plan due to your usage, they will change your contract... When i left suncom they charged me a four hundred dollar early separation fee. Thye first sent me an offer of a 15% discount on my service and new phones and then they send you the separation fee... Suncom obviously doesn't get it unless they are ripping you off. If you are a long time customer with them don't look for them to care about you. Just ensure you haven't dealt with any of their sales associates when changing companies.
