Ripoff DISCUSSED SERVICE WITH SALESMAN, was told output and reception, with SUNCOM was excellent. Was far from it

Was told by salesman that SUNCOM (TRI CITIES) had excellent, unlimited plan and the output and the reception was the best in the tri-cities. I found out within 4 days that the reception and the output were very substandard. I could not use the cell phone inside my house (calling or receiving). Also had many dead spot in the local area in chester and colial heights.

I went to the SUNCOM SERVICE CENTER in COLONIAL HEIGHT, to get out of the plan. The service representatiive put me on the phone to talk to a customer service who refused to cancel, my plan, stating that I had 72 hours to cancel and I was more or less stuck with the contract, for a year.

I went back the following week to plead my case again, but could not get them to let me out of the 1 year contract. SUNCOM still has the same problems and I have since heard that they have let people out of their contracts.

I, for one, will always hold it against them, for making a very poor business decision, for making me stay with them that year.

SUNCOM isn't worth it, believe me...
