Unauthorized Charges on Verizon FiOS Bill

I signed up for a Triple-Play bundle after being an existing FIOS customer for over a year. 4 months later when I checked my bill I noticed I was being charged for:

Verizon Broadband Essentials
Security and Backup Bundle/25 GB Jan 8 - Feb 7 $8.99

Verizon Broadband Extras
Games on Demand/Family Place Dec 23 - Jan 22 $7.99
Starz Play Dec 23 - Jan 22 5.99

None of which I signed up for!

I made a quick phone call to complain and request a refund which they gave me instantly. (Just goes to show they know they are wrong for this one.)
