On 2/13/10 placed an order for a phone for total amount of 179.94, on 2/15/10 i went to the company website and requested to cancle my order, i was advised from online customer service rep stated i had not yet been charged for the order and so she was cancling the order now. On 2/17/10 my bank account showed the company took the 179.94 out of my acct. I contacted online customer rep regarding, who advised she not shore why the money was still taken out of my account since the request to cancle the order was complete, she advised the funds would be returned to my account. However to date this company has not returned my money to my account and every time i call no one answers, everytime i reach out to online customer service they state they will look into it but nothing is being done and I am still out of 179.94, this company now have there product that I cancled and my money.
