Verizon Triple Play Bundle I got the triple play bundle that was supposed to keep my bill under $130 a month. My bill has been over $250 every month

I signed up with Verizon to hook-up their Triple play Bundle offer. They told us our bill would be between $120 to $130 a month. I have yet to get a bill under $250. My first month the bill was $413. For November and October my bill is $613!!

Why are they allowed to fo this? No one I have talked to knows why the bills are so high. Verizon tells me it is because of being bundled with DirecTv. DirecTv tells me it's verizons fault. Now, today I find out that i was never even bundled?

I have talked to many, many people and not once has anybody told me I wasn't bundled. They have screwed up our credit for late payments because we can't pay $613 every 2 months. When they are late and get too behind, I've had to put them on credit cards.

Why isn't there someone you can call and be like "Hey this is B.S. Fix it." I still see ads for these bundles. I feel bad for people who sign up thinking they are getting a great deal.
