Named Sears fix 12-28, had fix individuals to my house 3 times, lastly am informed the component is on back-order untill atleast 210- I purchased a long warranty, charge me $329.00, and that I don't have any machine. I'll never purchase another kenmore, I might never set base right into a sears shop, I'm so discusted I'll till all buddies that Sears doesn't inventory components for devices they market. Many bad support.
