I simply invested $6,500 on Sears Kenmore devices, they do not function, & Sears wont offer support. These devices are for my new home and also the fridge has not worked because it was mounted.
I Have waited 8 weeks for support and had one visit after another cancelled. I'd like Sears to consider the fridge back and so I could possibly get one from another producer that works.
I am real disappointed about your insufficient support with this item.
