Canceling my plan

I chose to alter cellphone companys in regards to a month before so when i transferred my telephone number to my new telephone my previous telephone got switched off. Today

I'm attempting to stop my previous strategy within the telephone which is alongside impossibe since i dont have an energetic point. They have to ensure it is simpler to simply keep in touch with a live individual in the place of attempting to understand through the choices. Thanks
