ON the Magic Jack Web site they say and I quote " We only bill youwhen and only when, you decide to keep your magicjack ".

I ordered the jack on the 17th of January It was put in the mail the 18th. Today is the 20th. I have NOT received it yet. BUT my bank account was charged for the jack on the 19th. HOW can I decide if I like it IF I don't have it. That early charge cost me $105.00 in bank fees. They will do nothing to pay for them.

They LIED on their site. OH< and you can't speak to them by phone all over the internet. They say you can speak to them but I was put on HOLD for 45 minutes no pickup.

I would be very careful about dealing with these people.
