I usually get good help from the Magic Jack helpers, but twice when they could not help, I was put on eternal hold and they never came back. I would love to speak to the Magic Jack executives and tell them they need more adequately trained helpers. I'm on a Mac and they seem not to understand Macs well. I would gladly speak to a real Magic Jack employee, but these foreign speaking people who give themselves American names are often not trained well enough, so I would tell Magic Jack to try getting help from themselves and to see how they like it?
