I bought this machine online in July '09 and December 15th '09 the engine smashed (a bit of the fan edge about the engine broke down and also the engine housing fell apart). I sent customer support to discover just how to start changing it about the 16th subsequently named customer support about the 18th. After I was subsequently informed the price of shipping a new machine in my experience - $50, which I'd also need to spend to ship the damaged machine back, I requested the consultant why I'd to pay for more to displace my machine than I did so after I puchased it fresh. He explained that everybody gives exactly the same which there is nothing he might do to alter it. I requested to consult with a or boss given that they should have the ability to help using the delivery price because it hadnot actually been six months along with a $200 machine should not break that quickly. I had been informed the administrators point was hectic but he might put up a call-back for me personally. I decided to the phone call back after which waited. I requested to talk to a boss and got exactly the same solution - the point was hectic - I decided to set up another call-back because it was early within the evening along with a Wednesday, I believed that I'd obtain a phone from the next day. Used to do not, I waited till 1pm about the 23rd to call-back. After I got through I requested to get a boss but once more the point was hectic, I informed the repetition to keep seeking since I needed to obtain the problem solved. After being on-hold for around three minutes the point went dead, and so I called back, 3 more occasions and every time I obtained exactly the same out-come - the point was hectic after which the point went dead. I did so eventually talk to a specialist, who was excellent and friendly with me, I described the problem and he advised me he might assure me a call-back 24 hours later (it was 2 units till near of company after I spooke to him) used to do not get a call-back and so I named about the 28th, I eventually got to a boss but obviously he was not ready to remove $10 or matter me a return shipping name. He was so rude with me the whole period - everytime I attempted to talk he'd interupt me. I eventually told him to prevent since I earned to become handled with increased regard, which he'd not mean somebody constantly interupting him if he were in my own sneakers. He did quit and that I ultimately could request a supervisor. He couldn't simply move my phone to administration he'd to deliver them a contact, but he Assured that I'd obtain a call-back in 48 hours. I told him that used to donot think him since I'd been informed that rest previously. He explained he might place in the demand but he could not provide me-any contact data for administration. I told him that I had been currently processing out the types for that BBB which easily didn't notice from the supervisor by 2:45 about the 30th I'd be delivering the shape in. At 2:46pm about the 30th I delivered the internet kind down towards the BBB. Today, 12/04, at 8:53am I obtained a phone from the supervisor but while I had been detailing the problem the telephone once more went dead. It's today 11am and that I haven't noticed back from Garry Machine. I'm today - due to all of the problems with this specific machine - am requesting a complete refund. I'd to-go purchase a fresh machine since I've 3 children 2 cats along with a puppy and may not be without having a machine for this extended - the brand new $50 machine that I purchased acquired so much dust in one single spread our livingroom floor (significantly less than 200sqft) after only 2 times of not cleaning that I am unsure the Garry really was doing it is professed work.
