Frustrated with Customer Service!

I experimented with purchase 2 publications from IdentityDirect recently. I'd a 20% off promotion code that ended that evening (10/31). The site that required the promotion code suggested that it had been approved and confirmed my 20% discount being obtained. Nevertheless, on my "purchase evaluation" site, the discount was absent and that I had been charged top dollar. Hence started my trip with customer support.

1) I named and talked with Mark. He explained this occasionally occurs with online coupons which I ought to go right ahead and publish the purchase. 5) I named the standard customer support centre and talked having a lady (unsure of the title). She initially explained that Serious wasn't available. I described the problem and was placed on store to get a very long time. She ultimately returned and explained they were prepared to provide me the 20% off but suggested they were doing me a benefit since the promotion code had terminated your day before. She explained that there is a "miscommunication" concerning the 30% removed from Serious - NUMBER THERE IS NOT. I'm 100% assured that's what he explained, and so I requested to talk to a boss.

6) I subsequently talked having a boss, Kristen. She explained that she'd voiced to Serious which he explained he just guaranteed me the 20% off. Again, this really is an outright REST. I had been so mad at this time that I simply terminated the purchase.
