I bought my MJ last year. I had nothing but trouble from the very first day. I got only about one week of use before I was in and out of conversation with the internet support people. I finally wrote a letter and returned the complete unit to the address that was on the package.informing them that when they improve the product send me another on or refund my money. That has been at least 6 months ago and I never heard from them. As fas as I am concern MJ is a piece of junk.
