Bought a second Magic Jack after the first one worked well for about a month. Voice quality deteriorated slowly over a three month period and finally the Jack started failing to work at all. Spent many hours on the "help line" reformatted the item, performed "fixes" nothing worked. My brother-in-law experienced the same failure with his piece of Magic Junk. Three strikes and you're out! It is nothing but a scam and Magic Junk. Wasted $120. Save your money. Stay away from this scam...
