Product is simple to use and easy to set up but is unreliable. Returned my after 3 calls to customer service trying to get the line to consistently call out on the first try and receive calls on a consistent basis. Customer service is great but the product is a piece of junk just like LINGO's VOIP. Dont waste your time.
