T-Mobile charged us for international calls to Italy and the customer service rep claimed we have dialed it accidetally (19 times). We wrote letters to customer relations and contacted customer service, and still they will not remove the charges from our bill. Even after we contacted them, these charges persisted. Still they would not do anything about it, and kept billing us. They said they would fix future charges by us signing up with a different plan and extending our contract with them... Otherwise they would not do anything. We have done some research on-line and found that other people have been billed by T-Mobile to this same phone number in Italy. T-Mobile is aware of it, and yet continues gouging its customers. We have since changed to Verizon, and these charges immediately ceased. We have paid for these charges even they are not ours. The "T" in T-Moblie stand for (Terrible). We know 3 people who have dealt with T-Mobile, and all three eventually left because of poor customer service. This is not an isolated event. We have always been good customers who pay our bills on time, yet our history with this company was of no value to them. Do not use t-mobile!!!
