I recently sent in aprox $500. Worth of loose gold after seeing a comercial. A $200. Bracelet, a $150. Ring and various earrings ect. I heard nothing and then recieved a check for $27.00. For two weeks I was put on hold (40 min, 33 min, 27 min ect) numerous times for so long that I could no longer wait. Ie; I was at work or on cell phone ect. Plus they're on eastern time & I'm in Nevada. Finally I held for over 28 minutes, had them on speaker at work and finally got agent. I was offered an additional $110. I refused and asked for items back. Agent got mgr. And he indicated I was late in contacting them and items were now melted. Then 'cuz of the few days I was over the 10 day return period (ie: cldnt get them 2 answ their ph) he now reduced offer to a total of $80.00. I felt I had no recourse, so I accepted this reduced amount with all my complaints falling on deaf ears. I advise against doing biz with them. Not cool when u have no control over possesion of your gold. They can say anything. Do not believe the 'positive' responses posted here. They were most likley posted by them. Booooo Cash 4 gold. Scammers & rip offs!
