I had my phone service switched from T-Mobile to Verizon on 05/3. Verizon contacted T-Mobile on 05/3 to port my T-Mobile cellphone number to be used with my new Verizon cellphone. I received a T-Mobile billing statement dated 03/31 for charges of $60.92 from 05/3 - 05/31. Then I received another T-Mobile billing statement dated 06/22 for charges of $60.92 amounting to 30 days usage. When in fact I only used my T-Mobile cellphone service from 04/06 - 05/03, and I payed last service bill.
I contacted T-Mobile few times and spoke with Marlo ID 25721, she not offer any help to correct the overcharge 05/31 T-Mobile billing statement.
