Dear consumer.
I have never had to write a report or complain about anyone until now. Team mobile "t-mobile" cellular phone carrier will rip you off and they do not care if you are a loyal customer or have mutliple accounts. They have poor customer service and do not explain to you when you sign up for international internet which is $20 dollars monthly that they will also charge you for web browsing at high roaming rates. If you do not know this the charges will be extremly high and they will not do anything to accept resonsibility for lack of employee training on customer account education. So be advised!!! There are better accounts for internet usage at other carriers. My phone charges were $900 dollars due to t-mobiles lack of communication with customers.
There is a significant lack of customer service and want for long term customer satisfaction. Don't waist your time with this carrier there are better companies out there!!! They will charge you fees and will not care if they are correct in doing so. Zero customer service; grade: f
