U-verse, Television Cable Service Billing Problems from day 1

I was tired of the 20 minute waits to get through to Comcase Customer Service and when A T & T U-verse kept bugging me with offers for their service I changed to them and that started 49 days of total non-sense.

I haven't gotten mail at the 'street address' for years, everything goes to my P O Box, for unknown reasons the U-verse part of AT&T couldn't get this sorted out despite about 10 phone calls. Bills did not show up and when I tried to get their CS people to give me the name/phone/address of their President they either could not or would not provide the info.

I never got the first bill, when the 2nd showed up it had charges for 2 receivers which I was not aware would be $7 each and the promised reversal of a 'late charge' did not appear.
