Smoking Everywhere offers a 14 day free trial Offer, with $9.95 shipping charge. What they don't tell you, and is hidden in fine print: The 14 day trail starts the same day you sign on, and they will not ship you the cigarett until you have 3 days left in free taril.
I contacted them on the 14th day, from the day I ordered, by the phone as they require to inform them I am not happy with the product and I will return it. They just put me on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up. I called again, and the same thing happened.
I emailed them, using both regular email, and their Contact-Us page, telling them I will send the product back. No respond.
I returned the product, with tracking number. They charged my debit card $99.02 5 days later, and do not return any calls, emails, faxes.
So now I am short $100, and the e-cigarett.
I have conatcted BBB, and there are already 11 similar cases unanswered by Smoking Everywhere.
If I can not get my money back, at least I will make it hard for them to cheat others. I will contact every Florida authority to just inform them of this SCAM.
