T-mobile is sleazy and dishonest, and they simply do not care about their customers. I have been a customer for several years and have intermittently been inappropriately been charged for services.
The final blow is an exorbitant fee for message overages, for which the messages in question took place after an online increase in service. The supervisor with whom I spoke refused to recognize a usability mistake in the software and instead offered a $15 "courtesy" rebate on the more than $90 overage charge for which I was not responsible.
DO NOT trust this company, they will do anything they can to cheat you out of as much as they can. It's just a poor, dishonest way to conduct business, and I encourage anyone to look elsewhere for phone carriers.
