The company that cares less about the customer The very poor service and care for their customer well being with T mobile. Upsets me as a customer!

Why is it that we as t mobile customers pay good money for poor service and defective devices all at the customers time and money. T mobile has sent me three of the same phones, each time leaving me with a defective device, knowing it defective but not recalling the device leaving me to suffer with the problem at my own cost.
