Is trying to stick to the consumer in tough times to make extra scratch internet

I have had my samsung 50" plasma repaired a couple of times now by 2 different companies with no luck over the past 2 months i have had my tv for 11 days, i have been reassured by samsung after each issue i have had that i would be taken care of. 1st issue i had dead pixels, repair facility picked it up the where rude, replaced the panel, i had the tv back for not even 5 hours when i had problems with the tv again tv would begin to flicker on and off the picture would go all crazy, called samsung back and resubmit a claim, the repair facility denied the claim, had to go through the executive department after a week for them to finally get them to approve and facility to repair it. Next facility picked my tv up, did extensive testing on it, ultimately replaced the main board and power supply. I have had the tv back for about 6 days now and now i have jet black pixels all over the tv. After all of my phone conversations and stressing my concerns about what if this happens again and being very nervous about having another repair facility fixing my tv, and how i was told that if it happend they would exchange it, never once was told about a fee of any sorts because my tv is still in warranty and was extended by the executive departmentuntil the end of may i purchased this tv from circuit city the sales slips they give are awful they fad out and you can not read them, recently i have lost the slip after trying to put a claim in with the extended warranty, long story short this tv has been repaired twice now with numerous issues, the tv is still under warranty, samsung even sent me a letter to buy an extended warranty last month and now because i can not find my slip nor obtain a copy of one because of circuit city going under. Now they want to charge me a 325 exchange fee after this tv i have the have replaced the panel, main board and power supply, and i have been more than understanding and now i am just heated, i have filed a bbb complaint, and now i am just out for blood. I was reassured time and time again not to worry and wouldn't cost me a thing and bang here we are. Way to be samsung 2 thumbs down
