I just got off the telephone with Samsung Customer Service, who informed me that Samsung extended warranty division was responsible for informing me that my fridge purchased in Dec. 2010 and which had a part replaced in Nov. would run out in Dec. 2011. I called just now to find out if i still had coverage, and if not what will it cost to purchase the warranty, at which time i was told that Samsung cannot sell me a warranty as it is already expired.
Since it was their fault for not notifying me what redress do I have against Samsung?
