Terribly disappointed in the customer service with Samsung appliances two years ago we replaced all of our appliances in our kitchen with very expensive appliances with Samsung and got extended warranties on refrigerator dishwasher and stove couldn't imagine taking out an extended warranty on a microwave that only cost us on sale $212 regular price 249. When we had a Kenmore for 12 years that was in good shape but went all stainless. The digital panel just went out on the microwave which was our second microwave, the first one had dents on both sides with the box having no problems. Repair $246.00. We can buy new one 2-300.
Samsung never even blinked an eye - just nothing we can offer. After looking back at My paperwork I noticed that I had to have someone out here five times in one week after delivery with issues with my Samsung products the fridge not making ice right the doors not right the microwave door wasn't secure the dents on the microwave so I'm starting to wonder whether I made a right choice for Samsung although all our other products have always been very adequate.
