After-Christmas, I bought a Television and Blu-Ray participant from HH Gregg. Paid $2500. After 13 times, the Blu-Ray person died. After I named the shop I had been ready to talk to the GM Dan Miller (he explained he was the GM and leading man). I asked into obtaining a substitute. He mentioned not a problem, however it could be atleast 3 months before he got more inventory of the specific design participant.
He wasn't assured within the 3 months. I asked in to a comparable design, however they had none for the reason that budget range. I expected to get a reimbursement of the cost I settled to buy an upgraded elsewhere and he explained no means. He held estimating the 10-day reimbursement plan and that I was at evening 13
I will understand why if he is able to substitute my device or atleast get me anything equivalent, but because he can't, I ought to obtain a return. It creates no feeling to put on me hostage for 3 weeks (again, perhaps 3 months, perhaps more... He wasn't assured in when he is able to anticipate more in-stock). John Miller was very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and just plain argumentative. I thought like I had been speaking with a 4th grader
I couldn't think they'd have this type of horrible reimbursement plan, particularly since they were promoting their excellent customer support - "do not purchase the gear at Amazon for less cash since if you actually are having issues, we shall remain behind you and look after you, nothing like every other shop". That is correct, every other shop has 30-90 day reimbursement guidelines, without restocking charges!
I'd a-13 day-old device (just viewed 1 film onto it before it died), invested over $2500 with one of these inexperienced individuals, and was handled terribly.
Moreover, it's deceptive for HH Gregg to create claims encompassing their $120 HDMI cables being NEEDED to be able to utilize my new Television. Today, I understand better, but I'm for that lots of people who purchase that BS and obtain fooled into spending $120 whenever a $6 wire is 100% of the same quality.
