Ordered online a product on December 10th. They didn't tell me exactly how it was to be shipped so I emailed them for a tracking number. They emailed me back saying they would request one? Strange, it was to be shipped by UPS. This shouldn't be a problem. I never received the product and have emailed them two more times and called but no response or answer. When I call to speak to someone they give you an extension but nothing happens there is just silence. It has been 17 days and still no product. I hope that others will see this and think twice about buying anything from this company.
