I ordered a pair of black/red jordans VI from this website at the end of february. The money came out of my account march 4th. I still have no product.
I'm mad but i'm more mad that this so called company won't even email me back. They have no physical address or phone number. According to my bank statement i'm assuming that they are located in alabama.
I emailed once about a tracking number, they emailed back and said on friday. I didn't know if that i meant i get the shoes fri or the tracking number. That fri came and i had neither. I emailed them four times since and no response. Terrible business. I still have no product, i'm fed up.
To make things worst, i thought this would be a legit business, therefore the same day they took money out i had my girlfriend order a pair too. I'm probably never going to see either pair. Those were grey/white jordan IX both size 12
