I ordered back in August. Due to "production delays" the product shipment date was continually pushed. He claimed to not want to deliver an inferior product. Finally we got a shipment schedule.
My product was due to ship Ocotber 29th or 30th and I could expect as tracking number to be emailed to me. I never received tracking number nor have I received the product.
Multiple emails to the company have done unanswered.
And as for his claims to donate part of the proceeds to animal charities. Yeah right!
