I ordered a T shirt for a Christmas present. After a couple of weeks I hadn't received the product. I checked on their site and it showed that it had shipped but no tracking number. I emailed and asked for a tracking number... No response... I emailed after a couple more days and asked for a tracking number... No response. I emailed and asked to be reimbursed... No response... Luckily I had paid for my purchase through Paypal and I have filed a claim with them.
