Placed an order from their website on November 9th for their compressed air and electronic wipes. Was charged on American Express on November 10th. Website shows order is pending, sent email requesting information. Received one email from Wes Encinger stating product was shipped would send tracking numbers. Never received the tracking numbers so I called their toll free number. I left Wes Encinger multiple voicemails requesting follow up with no response, also emailed multiple times with no response. November 22nd and I still haven't received product or explanation where the product is.
