I submitted my stereo model number online for a future product release. I received email stating product for my stereo was available. Product was ordered.
Upon receiving product and installing, it did not work. I called terchnical assistance, rep could not answer questions, gave another number to call. Second number was open 2 hours a day, but had voice mail. Left detailed message and call back number. No response. I checked website for tech support, sent detailed description of problem, received confirmation number. Never received any other response.
Emailed notice 5 days had passed, no response. Requested to send item back for full refund, including shipping, offering to pay for return shipping.
Received authorization to return unit, but no credit for shipping. Emailed request for refund of shipping charges. No response.
Unit has been shipped.
