I purchased a phone from exoticphone.com and after 2 weeks of processing my order they shipped out the phones. When i recieved the phones one of them the LG KF700 was broken and the touch screen would not work. After we used about 15 minutes of the phone the screen shattered. The phone was not dropped or was abused in any way. I called the company right after opening the box to let them know about the phone adn they advised me to ship it back and they would replace it. They recieved the phone on the 2nd of december which cost me 55 dollars in overnight shipping which they advised me to do. It took them 15 days and dozens of phone calls where they lied and said they would call me back. They repeately hung up on me and refused to give me any information. They told me they would send the phone back broke and it would be up to me to fix it.
