(iphone) ATT charged and charged, instead of cancelling account based on non usage Fremont

I had not used ATT for about 8 months. I faithfully paid the bill automatically by automatic credit card, then my card got lost and around the 5th month the card was not charged. I had also moved during that time, but had access to the internet so i had seen the bills in the past.

Instead of cancelling around the second month, where i was aware of the $200/month bill being sent to my new address, i learned they continued to bill me $200 a month with eventually 9,000 rollover minutes.

Instead of being so inflexible after talking to four people and getting nowhere, i was charged $811, instead of around $400 when i could have stopped it by waiting a long time and talking for 30 minutes, or they could have stopped it when they realized all 5 phones were not being used and there was a $200/month charge for them.

What gets me is how inflexible ATT Wireless was.

Do not use them.
