Me and my girlfriend both have the Nextel I730, we've had these phones for about a year now and these phones are absolutly HORRIBLE, I have called the Nextel customer service line about 10 times explaining my problems with these phones and they were no help what so ever. They said they could only replace the phones if we had dropped them or got them wet, not if the phone is defective. They said we would have to buy a 2nd type of insurance policy to replace or repair defective phones.
My phones drop calls every call, and this is not sarcasm, every call. They shut off by themselves with full battery, and once in a while my call is very choppy.
Now I want to know if there is anyway I can drop this service due to it being inept, without having to pay a $300 disconnection fee which I think is ridiculous. Please help me; any advice would be much appreciated.
