I ordered 3 cell phones from amazon wireless and when i finally got the phones all 3 had cracked screens. I then called them to let them know and they sent me replacements and these 3 phones when they came, they would not charge or turn on. I have been fighting with them for the past 4-5 days about this and i called them again today about it and they told me that i have to send the broken phones back in order to get the replacements sent out. I refuse to do it because how do i know that if i send the broken ones back that i will not screw me and not send me the replacements. So i told them when they send me actual working phones that work and have no issues i will have no problem sending back the broken phones to them. Because of all this i had to cancel the lines that i had active on my verizon account and now i face the early termination fees because of it. All i want is the phones to get replaced with phones that work and are not broken.
