My boyfriend and myself purchased 2 phones over the phone on 10/18. The rep. We spoke to told us we would receive our phones in 1-2 days. We called customer service every day except sunday to ask about the shipping of the phones because i never received an email confirmation. We heard all different types of responses we spoke to more than 10 different people from all departments. We were told 3 or 4 times that phones had ben shipped, on back order, can't find you in the system, port delay, and the last thing that bit the bullet was money was not taken off debit card because the debit card address was different then where phones were being shipped. So we had the phones cancelled.in order to get the money back onto the debit card i have to fax a copy of the statement showing that at&t took the money off. Because they are saying they didn't. So after i fax that over i'll probably have more to this story.
