On the 10th of feb i order two phones online. And i received them they didnt work so i called the number given. I called them and told them my phones didnt work so for 3 to 4 hours i was on the phone tryin to get them to work then they told me to call back in 24 hours so i did. So i called back and still didnt get any response. So i malled them back the two phones and had to pay 12 dollors to send em back which i dont care. So then fedex said they would receive it on the 11th so we called them today and they receieved the phones. And now they wont give me a refund for up to 45 days and wont replace the phones. They said i was never told them that we wanted them fixed. I just would like this issus resolved now im outta money and i mad. Her name is angela 56665 and her id number is this. She was very rude and kept changing what she said.
