Same story, another rip-off. I purchased a H 2 Hummer and got the a few months of test support. I decided to not proceed the support when I do not take care of all of the marketing that's been developing on XM Radio. A couple of months later, my spouse places a 364.00 cost on our Bank Card for XM radio. I named the next day-to obtain the complete runaround after more than one hour of changing me back and final to people. I expected to get a boss and got placed on store for more than 30-min. Described the problem again. And was advised to anticipate a reimbursement in 72 hours... Per week later, no refund and that I contact again and delay once more to keep in touch with customer support "which had no information on apply for my reimbursement" same tale... 72 hours but still no return. I visited my regional lender to challenge the cost, the charge was taken off my card-but in the price of getting to warm card my take into account fradulent charges. These folks have to be turn off! That is unjust and dishonest. And also the fcc allows them escape with it!!!
