Could you please provide contact information for someone who would have the final say in this matter. Perhaps you have a customer service supervisor who might then deal with an issue if your customer is not satisfied. I would also like to know who has been helping me, sorry, emailing me without offering any kind of customer service at all. My credit card company will be emailed this information to see that a refund was asked for one day after the card was charged. The charge will be reversed. I'm just not clear on why your company would not just refund the $8.

"Buy" as in buy our service. At the top of the listing is a note that you create the real music ringtone from CD or MP3. Also, if you click on the song it also tells you this.

I pasted these two lines from your home page (before being a member). Can you please explain why the option to "buy" is there if you cannot purchase it? Also the line "Didn't find the song you were looking for?" Well, yes as a matter of fact the song I was looking for was on that list... With the little "BUY" icon to click. But guess what, you can't actually buy it, you HAVE to (NO OTHER CHOICE) make it. False advertising. I would like a refund.

The list you refer to is the top ringtone list, and it's noted that you create them from your CDs or MP3 files.

Be sure to start with the wallpaper test, then polyphonic, and finally the real
music ringtone tests. Not all the real music ringtone tests will work, and this
is perfectly normal. You may see the option 'Send as MMS' which sends the
file attached to a text message instead of using the Internet. Some cellular
companies only support MMS so in those cases you won't have the option as
it's implied. Make sure you test correctly. Just getting a message or saving
a file is not a successful test. You must actually use the test song as your
ringtone to be successful (see the test page for more details).
After doing each test and noting the results, reply to this email with the
results. When doing the real music ringtone tests note which test sounded the
best. Also make sure you note if you checked 'Send as MMS' or not. Your
reply should look something like this:
Wallpaper: Successful MMS
Polyphonic: Successful MMS
MP3: Successful, sounded the best MMS
AMR: Unsuccessful MMS
With this information we'll be better prepared to help you resolve your problem

On your home page, before signing up or logging on, there is a page that shows you many Real Music Ringtones. Under that it says that if don't find what you want from the list, then you can create your own. Well I signed up based on downloading directly from that list and now that I did sign up, unable to even find that page. It would appear that the page viewed is deceiving people into paying and then you cannot download any real music from any list!!! I would like either a credit (and cancel my account) or the ability to download from that list that you show on your home page.
