I bought a Sirius Satellite Radio Device and a few months of support for just one cost. I terminated my membership or believed I'd and delivered the System back within 2 weeks, abandoned. I've needed to contact them 4 occasions to be able to obtain the discounts they owe me. I've talked to 4 various people, 1 was a, and obtained 4 different solutions. I've had the opportunity, after enough time and worrying, to obtain my money returned for that support, but haven't been able to obtain my reimbursement for that Device itself. I've been moved backwards and forwards, fallen atleast twice but still no fortune on obtaining a return. I had been informed the cash I'm owed today went towards shipping charges. Please avoid the corporation! They're POOR Information!!!
