Obtained a phone from EOS CCA on 3 Feb. Named back at 1740 hours and talked to Sandra Dayton. Ms Dayton advised me that I owed XM Radio $48 and change. Reason for debt was that I didn't restore my support when my one-year subscription had terminated and didn't stop the support by calling XM Radio’s termination support by telephone and eliminating the membership.

Approached XM Radio at roughly 1820 hours and talked to some Mr Perez about that scenario. Mr Perez moved me to XM’s “Listening Care” division. Once used in that division I talked to Mandy. I described the problem and he or she agreed to renounce the cost. I discussed that I didn’t believe I owed XM something, but when she desired to renounce the cost which was good by me. I established together with her that she'd eliminated the cost from my bill.
