I ordered a cell & blue tooth on line from cricket, cancelled immediately afterwards, the phone was received back by Cricket Aug. 5th. They have not put my $231.00 back into my checking acct. And I did talk to someone in cust. Serv. She said maybe by Sept 2nd.
Meanwhile, I paid bills w, other cash I had, expecting the $231.00 right back into my checking acct. Which I planned for groceries, and now am out of money & no money received back from Cricket nor any promise, except for maybe by Sept 2nd. And I am in need of food. Please help
