The ZTE SRS phone is the worst phone that has every been made. Shame on cricket for selling such a terrible phone. I have went through two of these phones in three months. The lack of support for this phone is terrible. If you have Cricket send it back you get the same type of phone which does not work. The battery drains within one hour, the phone has been replaced plus a new battery two days after receiving the replacement phone. Cricket offered me $25.00 towards a new phone, but I have only had this phone since September and received a new one in October. I think they should replace this phone due to poor manufacture quality. Do not purchase phones or do business with Cricket.
