Billing for services long since cancelled - $40.00 Unlimited Service

I cancelled "Extended Coverage" back in November of cancelled my Cricket service in total on January 4 and have now received a bill from Cricket for those cancelled "Extended Coverage" services when I no longer even have an account with Cricket. What is the matter with Cricket. Why can't they just go away?
