Cancelled service and never rec'd refund

We cancelled our service on April 16 because we were sick of the lack of customer service and rude associates at the Cricket store in Wichita, Lonnie in particular -

We were due a refund of $108.27 and Cricket told us that we'd get it in 4-6 weeks and now, 2 1/2 months later, we hadn't received a dime.

I called 800-cricket and couldn't get to a representative. I called 866-384-4425 and the rep (Andre) told me to call 800-cricket. It's the same old run-around as usual.

I can't stand cricket communications - they must hire the throw-aways from other cell phone companies and pay them minimum wage!

I've heard other people talk about the store in Wichita and what jerks they have working there! It's so bad that they had to hire security guards to work there!
